SeaWorld Abu Dhabi celebrates grand opening

Dubbed “The Next Generation Sea Life Theme Park,” the first international SeaWorld park is being developed by SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in partnership with Miral, a leading creator of immersive destinations and experiences.

The grand opening event took place at One Ocean Field and featured the One Epic Ocean show, which included multimedia and state-of-the-art spatial audio, bringing the wonders of the ocean to life on platforms 15 meters high and 218 meters high. 360 degree wide screen.

Comprised of five indoor floors and over 183,000 square meters, the park tells the story of the same ocean through eight immersive realms, each designed to transport visitors to different marine environments around the globe and offer unique family Friendly experiences, animal encounters and animal presentations.

Experiences, Entertainment and Attractions

SeaWorld Abu Dhabi also offers 100 animal experiences and displays, where guests can learn about marine animals such as dolphins, sharks and turtles, experience 10 close encounters with animals and more than 20 live characters and performances.

Additionally, the park’s 15 rides and attractions include Tropical Ocean’s Manta Ray roller coaster, Hypersphere 360^o Arctic Realm at Polar Ocean, and several family-friendly rides at MicroOcean, like Turtle Twist.

SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is the latest addition to the Yas Island series of theme parks and attractions, joining Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World Abu DhabiYas Waterworld and CLYMB Abu Dhabi.
