London [United Kingdom]May 28 (ANI): To commemorate the 34th anniversary of the June 4 Tiananmen Square massacre, the China Democracy Party (China Democracy Party) organized a symposium on May 27, 2023 titled “Commemorating June 4 and the Vision of a Democratic China” .

The event was held at the Royal National Hotel in London. CDP leaders from the UK, US, Taiwan’s ambassador to Germany, international activists, journalists, Chinese dissident leaders and activists, and Hong Kong activists participated in person and via Zoom meetings.

The incident was followed by protests outside the Chinese embassy in London, where protesters demanded that Xi Jinping step down and call for democracy in China.

About 50 people took part in the protest. Some speakers from the main event spoke at the protest, and others joined them. The protest was followed by a closing dinner at the Bright Courtyard Club on Baker Street.

Because of the Tiananmen Square massacre, the Tiananmen Square massacre continues to be seen as the darkest day in modern Chinese history. It is horrifying to think of violence that was unprecedented in the world at the time in this very sacred land on which the People’s Republic of China founded itself.

The Tiananmen incident in Beijing is such an example that no Chinese will ever forget. Millions of Chinese youth are agitating and demanding democracy and basic human rights. On the night of June 4, 1989, the CCP regime mobilized the Chinese Army (PLA) against these young men.

The People’s Liberation Army began to bombard unarmed youths indiscriminately. Army tanks are used to crush young men. About 10,000 Chinese youths were killed in this brutal and cold-blooded massacre. It was the most brutal massacre in modern human history. (Arnie)
