PARIS, June 2 (AP) — French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday awarded General Mark Milley, the chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, France’s highest honor, for his role in coordinating support for Ukraine. role and his more than 40-year military career in defense of democracy.
