His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, also issued a directive to quadruple the number of citizens benefiting from the plan and increase the allocation to the UAE starting next year. Sheikh Mohammed said that quality housing is the basic right of everyone and the government’s top priority.
