Dion Warwick This week canceled her June 22-24 show, telling fans their tickets would be refunded after a “medical incident”.
Warwick, 82, will perform at the Rivers Casino Des Plaines outside Chicago next week. Fans were notified that the event was canceled on Thursday.
ET understands Warwick had a minor medical incident and is on the mend.
She will appear in New York and Delaware next month.
Warwick Talked to ET in MayWhen she sat down with her son, Damon Elliott, and asked him if, as a “twitter queen,” she had posted a tweet, he wished she hadn’t.
Damon immediately told his mom it was “the first” For Chance the Rapper (and The Weeknd a few minutes later) to drive everyone crazy.

“Mom, I wake up at four in the morning,” Damon told Warwick on ET’s “Spilling the E-Tea.” “Marcus called me and said, ‘Man, what happened to your mom?’ First I thought, ‘What did my mom do? What happened?’ He was pissed:” Check Twitter. ’ I thought, ‘Twitter? I haven’t used this app in many years. ’ So I had to re-download Twitter and Chance the Rapper’s tweets.”
Damon said he was excited, mostly because he didn’t know how to explain his mom’s Twitter game.
“We all know you say what you feel, and I’m glad it went the way it did,” Damon added.

“I formed a friendship. We had a duet,” Warwick said. “And he hasn’t answered me yet!”
