The Abu Dhabi Civil Defense has issued safety and emergency preparedness guidelines ahead of Eid al-Adha to ensure the well-being of the community during the festival.

Vehicle guidelines include regular maintenance, checking tire pressures, adhering to prescribed load limits, ensuring you are equipped with a fire extinguisher that meets approved safety standards, and following precautions and general safety instructions.

For households, community members are advised to ensure that fire extinguishers, fire blankets and first aid kits are available, perform routine maintenance to secure gas lines and smoke detectors, turn off power before traveling, and safely turn off gas cylinders and store them away from direct contact.
