ABU DHABI, 2nd July, 2023 (WAM) — The Zayed People’s High Organization of Resolve, ZHO, and the Al Shaiba Saeed Al Hameli Group, EST, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU. (Al Firas General Cont & Maint Est), on the rehabilitation and employment of people of determination. ZHO used part of the mechanical workshop of its Rehabilitation Department for the Group to train candidate employees on manual and electronic equipment maintenance, and hired four determined students in the Group.
The MoU was signed by ZHO Secretary-General Abdullah Abdul-Ali Al-Humaidan and the group’s Executive Director Firas Fouad Meshaal. Many leaders of the two sides attended the signing ceremony held at ZHO headquarters.
According to the MOU, the Group will provide the necessary equipment and a professional technician to train the candidates in the use of the machines and equipment specified in the training program, and provide four job opportunities to ZHO’s determined people who hold a high school certificate, and then according to One group’s vacancies go into another group.
Abdullah Al-Humaidan welcomed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with EST. Al Shaiba Saeed Al Hameli Group, calling it a positive step that affirms the commitment of institutions and companies to provide employment opportunities to people of determination. “We strongly encourage and support these efforts and welcome the efforts of domestic companies to achieve our main goals of empowering and integrating our affiliates into society, creating jobs for them in the private sector, and enabling them to able to participate effectively in social and economic life,” he said.
He added, “We believe that investing in the employment of people of determination is an investment in the future as it contributes to sustainable development and encourages innovation and creativity in economic and social systems”.
In this spirit, he called on all economic entities and state-owned enterprises to adopt this approach in an effort to provide employment opportunities for those who are determined to achieve a more equitable society and sustainable and inclusive development for all Happy to succeed. Firas Meshaal said, “According to the vision of the wise leadership, to achieve cooperation and co-ordination between public and private entities and institutions to serve the people of determination and execute its directives for the provide equal and fair employment opportunities to determined citizens in the private sector and their right to work, to be active individuals and contributors to the construction and development process.
“We are delighted and honored that Al Firas General Cont has contributed and effectively contributed to the realization of this vision.”
He thanked ZHO and its officers for their tremendous efforts to hone determined people, develop their skills and integrate them into public and private work, and emphasized the Group’s continued support and full commitment to the vision of wise leadership , to support those who are determined.
