My journey is deeply rooted in the values and inspiration drawn from my parents.With 14 years of experience in sales and marketing, coupled with a strong foundation in relationship management, leadership, and decision-making, I’ve embarked on a mission to make a mark in the competitive landscape of the digital world.
My passion for every industry fuels my drive to address the organizational            challenges related to managing people and their culture. MOM Digital is not just a brand; it’s a testament to my belief in the potential of technology to transform businesses and empower growth.

2.How did you start your entrepreneurship journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?
Every entrepreneurial journey is unique, fueled by a personal story, a burning desire for change, and the willingness to chase a dream. While the path is not always smooth, the support of loved ones can make a world of difference. I’m fortunate to have an incredibly supportive wife and her name is Isha Bhatnagar who stands by my side through every decision. My family has been pillars of strength, encouraging me to pursue my passion.
Working in different sectors has influenced me to understand one thing very clearly: today people like to invest in those things that have an instant return but when it comes to investing in humans, people are still taking time to understand the importance and to fil this gap I have decided to come with my own idea and thought to get into the journey of starting MOM.
Starting a business is not for the faint of heart. It requires sacrificing the security of a regular paycheck and taking on significant responsibilities. However, entrepreneurs are a different breed. We possess a unique fire, a relentless desire to build something of our own, even if it means giving up some comforts.
For aspiring entrepreneurs, my message is simple: believe in yourself. Self-confidence is the bedrock of success, even when faced with challenges. There will be setbacks, but unwavering faith in your vision and your abilities will propel you forward.
3.How did you come up with the brand name MOM ,and what is the reason behind this name?
The significance behind the name “MOM” for our organization is deeply rooted in love, care, and responsibility. It serves as a tribute to my mother, who I lost in 2022, and to all the mothers around the world who selflessly nurture and care for us.
“MOM” not only stands for “mother” in its emotional essence but also represents “Mandatory Organisation Module” in a professional context. Just as our mothers meticulously manage and take care of our needs, MOM is dedicated to revolutionizing workforce management with the same level of care, expertise, and trust.
With MOM, organizations can expect a solution that is not only easy to use and affordable but also superlative in its expertise and capabilities. My aim is to provide workforce management solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and empower organizations to thrive in today’s dynamic business landscape.
In essence, MOM embodies the spirit of maternal love and dedication, bringing a new level of care and efficiency to workforce management for organizations worldwide.
4.What do you believe is the most crucial part of continuing business seamlessly?

In a constantly changing environment, businesses must be able to adapt quickly to new circumstances, challenges, and opportunities. This includes being flexible in response to market shifts, technological advancements, regulatory changes, and customer preferences. Lastly, resilience and contingency planning play a critical role in ensuring business continuity. I always believe that more than being unique but matters is our unique approach of looking at things .I believe in having firm feedback from the users to make the system easier and more organized. Mom digital is unique in its own way because we do care for our partners and work accordingly to help them achieve what they are looking for .
7.Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients are getting from your company in this competitive world?
Ans : For me, Leadership is not about control, but rather about guidance, vision, and making decisions that benefit the company and its people. It’s about setting the direction, inspiring others, and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to the organization’s success.By empowering organizations to digitize their operations, I am not just providing a product – I am enabling them to unlock new opportunities, drive growth, and achieve their full potential.

From the hustle and bustle of managing multiple responsibilities to the satisfaction of pursuing my passions outside of work, my journey reflects the dynamic and multifaceted nature of entrepreneurship.
Being an entrepreneur requires wearing many hats and juggling various tasks simultaneously. Whether it’s attending to family responsibilities, leading your team, or engaging with clients, my ability to multitask and adapt to different roles is the reason for this success so far.
I try to find balance amidst my busy schedule and pursue my passion for music as a DJ.
Moreover, the opportunity to travel, meet new people, and spend quality time with loved ones adds richness and fulfillment to my journey. These experiences not only provide a break from the demands of work but also serve as valuable sources of my inspiration, growth, and connection.

9.We saw you that you are active as a leader in multiple companies. What are your goals through your companies and how do you plan to help individuals with it?
My journey of 14 years in Dubai, spanning from a sales executive to various leadership roles across different sectors, speaks about my resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset.
My goal emphasis on managing and nurturing client relationships which highlights the importance of trust and differentiation in a competitive business landscape. I believe by leveraging my leadership qualities to understand and cater to the needs of clients, I will be able to create lasting partnerships and set my business apart from competitors.
10.Did you face any challenges during your career span? If so, how were you able to overcome them?
My experiences from the tumultuous year of 2008 to the trials and tribulations of starting my own venture exemplify the myriad obstacles that I have encountered.
Despite the adversity I’ve faced, my unwavering courage and positive mindset shine through. Rather than allowing challenges to deter me, I’ve embraced them as opportunities for growth, strength, and self-discovery.
