Abu Dhabi Chamber organizes event to optimize sourcing opportunities under its new strategy

Abu Dhabi, UAE: The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI), in partnership with the National Marine Dredging Group (NMDC Group), in line with its new strategy and as part of its role as a network operator, will organize the “Let’s Grow Together” event on March 16 Held on Thursday at the Chamber of Commerce Building to increase business opportunities for Abu Dhabi suppliers and match them with major projects in the UAE.

The business matching event follows the launch of Abu Dhabi Chamber’s new strategy in February 2023, which focuses on strengthening the Chamber’s position as the “Voice of the Private Sector”, empowering and increasing the voice of Abu Dhabi’s private sector. competitiveness to make the UAE the top choice for doing business in the MENA region by 2025.

According to its new strategy, one of the Chamber’s key roles is to be a liaison between different stakeholders with the aim of identifying opportunities in the business ecosystem, where the Chamber organizes key events and facilitates connections between the most relevant sectors. The Chamber also works to facilitate local matchmaking investment opportunities by pairing local companies with relevant partners and supporting companies in identifying relevant local distributors or suppliers.

HE Mohamed Helal Al Mheiri, Director General of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, said: “We look forward to hosting the ‘Let’s Grow Together’ event, which will optimize suppliers’ sourcing opportunities and showcase the tangible results of the Chamber’s new strategy. Focused on networking, the Chamber aims to provide Our members create new business opportunities while driving growth in the local economy.So by offering suppliers in Abu Dhabi the opportunity to work with some of the largest projects in the opportunity to contribute to the economic growth of the country.”

The ‘Let’s Grow Together’ event follows the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Abu Dhabi Chamber and NMDC Group to launch the initiative, which focuses on identifying growth opportunities in the private sector, maximizing value across the supply chain, and exchanging knowledge and Expertise ensures that requirements are properly communicated to potential suppliers for NMDC Group projects.

Following the business matching event, suppliers will still have the opportunity to register for NMDC Group’s programs at the Abu Dhabi Chamber’s Business Center on Friday 17th March and Monday 20th March.
