Iskan Abu Dhabi was inaugurated by Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. is a new housing ‘one stop shop’ offering citizens all government housing services from one location, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC).

After the inauguration, Sheikh Khaled reviewed available services including housing grants, loans, loan forgiveness, exchange services and plot purchases. In addition, he reviewed services provided by strategic partners, including the Ministry of Municipalities and Transport, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Teyaseer and Abu Dhabi Government Academy.
The launch of Iskan Abu Dhabi follows the recently updated Housing Benefit Policy which supports low-income citizens by increasing housing loans, free grants on ready homes and waiver of monthly installments irrespective of housing date for loan approval and waiver for senior citizens Pay off your home loan.
