Abu Dhabi Health Services and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia join forces to advance medical research and education

The UAE’s largest healthcare network, Abu Dhabi Health Services (SEHA), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) to facilitate enhanced international collaboration and further improve the quality of medical education, research and patients in the UAE experience of.

Commenting on the alliance, Dr Ghanem Al Hassani, Director of Education, SEHA Group, said: “We are delighted to have reached an agreement with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, which will certainly foster the mutual exchange of the latest knowledge and experiences to further improve healthcare in and around Abu Dhabi. level. We firmly believe that in healthcare, there can be no silos and that international collaborations such as this are essential to drive quality and access to healthcare globally. This partnership contributes to the growth and development of our medical staff for mutual benefit , thereby helping us further optimize the patient experience at SEHA. We look forward to the positive outcomes of this collaboration and the communities we serve.”

Under the terms of the MoU, SEHA and CHOP will work together to provide developmental and educational activities for healthcare professionals to achieve better care and patient outcomes; support and facilitate residency, fellowship and internship programs; and enhance research and trials communicate; co-host and organize medical and non-medical educational events and conferences; work to enhance patient experience and services; and explore collaboration opportunities in other areas to foster collaboration in education, research, clinical programs, and quality improvement programs.
