Abu Dhabi launches telehealth service for people of determination – News

Abu Dhabi will soon roll out a new initiative to provide healthcare services to those of determination through a telecare platform, according to the authorities.

The move follows the signing of a joint partnership agreement between the Zayed People’s High Organization of Resolve (ZHO) and the Abu Dhabi Center for Public Health, which involves providing the organization with data on people of resolve, names of current health providers and Those who the organization engages with and how to communicate with them to activate telehealth programs for people of determination.

The agreement outlines how the development of the telecare platform will begin, with the Center’s Ministry of Health partner acting as lead officer for the programme, launching new services, training providers and beneficiaries, and developing education and training content.

A pilot phase of the telemedicine initiative proposal will be implemented for six weeks, after which it will be evaluated before making the service more widely available.

Abdullah Abdul-Ali Al Humaidan, Secretary-General of the ZHO, said: “The agreement will ensure social responsibility, achieve sustainable social people to build sustainable healthy societies with health coverage and humanitarian care,” Hu Maidan.

He said ZHO remains committed to supporting initiatives that serve people who are determined to give them a better future. In this area, it will also undertake a series of awareness and education programs for families and parents of people of determination to empower and integrate them into society.

Matar Saeed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Center for Public Health, said: “Our main goal is to connect people of determination with healthcare providers and train them on important tools to ensure they can access comprehensive healthcare remotely. Serve.

“ADPHC is committed to the safety and well-being of every member of the Abu Dhabi community, and people of determination are an important part of that,” he said.
