Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week hosts inaugural Green Hydrogen Summit in UAE Year of Climate Action

Masdar’s green hydrogen business aims to produce up to 1 million tonnes of green hydrogen per year by 2030. Masdar has been actively involved in several projects related to green hydrogen production, including entering into a joint development agreement with major Egyptian state-backed organizations to build a green hydrogen production plant, with the goal of having an electrolyzer capacity of 4 GW by 2030 and producing green hydrogen annually 480,000 tons.
