- ADU maintains top five university rankings in the International Faculty category
- ADU’s citations per faculty indicator score improved significantly compared to last year, reflecting ADU’s ongoing efforts to advance student and faculty research
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi University (ADU) has been named one of the top universities in the world, according to the 20th edition of the World’s Most Popular Universities Ranking. According to the 2024 edition of the QS World University Rankings, published by global higher education ranking body QS Quacquarelli Symonds, ADU is ranked 580th globally and 7th in the UAE, cementing its position as a leading academic institution. The university has climbed more than 100 places compared to the previous year, reaching its highest ranking since 2014.
According to the latest rankings, ADU has improved significantly in several categories including academic reputation, employer reputation and international students. ADU has once again maintained its position in the top 5 global universities in the International Faculty category.
Reflecting its growing contribution to global research, ADU achieved a historic 57% increase in citations per faculty member and a 75% increase in citations for the cycle.
