What: Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
As one of the highly anticipated events in the international motorsport calendar, Abu Dhabi F1 will return in 2021. The Yas Marina Circuit race is the exciting finale of the 2021 F1 race schedule, with only five races to be played and it seems to be close to the top. Hamilton led Verstappen by two points in the Drivers Championship (although he won two less games). What: Mubadala World Tennis Championships
This is the 13th Ace Tournament in the tennis calendar of the region. It will be held at the Zayed Sports City International Tennis Center in Abu Dhabi from December 16 to 18, 2021. Tickets are now on sale, starting at Dh100 for adults and Dh50 for children. Mubadala Six of the world’s top men’s tennis talents and two of the strongest female players were invited to compete for the championship. In 2019, Maria Sharapova defeated Ajla Tomljanovic and won another trophy in an already prolific career; and Rafael Nada Defeated Novak Djokovic in the exciting final and won more silverware for his own shiny cupboard. What: FINA World Swimming Championships
We are very happy to see how the Etihad Arena has transformed itself into a water sports venue for this special sprint swimming event. During the six-day festival, “short track swimmers” from all over the world will sneak into the capital to participate in 25 million competitions. We also promise to host special audience events, as well as family-friendly entertainment for the entire family.

Requirements for participating in Abu Dhabi events
Those entering Abu Dhabi from other emirates no longer need to show a negative Covid result in order to enter the emirate by road. However, you need to obtain a green pass status on the Alhosn app to enter most public places in Abu Dhabi. To obtain a green pass, you will either need to be fully vaccinated (for those who received the second dose of Sinopharm six months ago, you will need a third booster injection) or obtain a valid authorization exemption. You also need to have a negative PCR test result within the past 28 days (if you are exempt from the vaccine requirement for medical reasons, within 7 days).
