On Sunday, Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed, representative of the Ruler of Abu Dhabi’s Al Dhafra region, inaugurated Mugheirah Bay and Mamsha Al Mugheirah, two integrated waterfront destinations developed by Modon Properties.
According to the Abu Dhabi Media Office, the two projects are located in Al Dhafra, next to Modon’s ecotourism camp project, Bab Al Nojoum – Al Mugheirah Resort.

The 12-hectare Mugheirah Bay offers a rich retail, entertainment, leisure and lifestyle experience with 15 F&B outlets, three retail towers, a multi-purpose gaming and retail center and an events lawn.

This vibrant new destination also boasts a variety of unique recreational facilities, including a splash park, skate park, outdoor gym, bike trails, multipurpose courts for basketball, soccer and volleyball, and a laser tag and paintball center.
The one-stop beachfront destination overlooks Mamsha Al Mugheirah, a boardwalk nestled among the surrounding natural mangroves, linking The Bab Al Nojoum – Al Mugheirah Resort and entertainment at Mugheirah Bay. Mamsha Al Mugheirah spans approximately 2 kilometers and offers sweeping sea views.

Mugheirah Bay and Mamsha Al Mugheirah are nestled within a breathtaking landscape, and guests can enter from the scenic marina to enjoy unparalleled views of the surrounding natural habitat.
From the observation tower and education center at Mamsha Al Mugheirah, visitors can also spot the various animals that inhabit the area, such as black herons and dugongs.
