Abu Dhabi-based B2B logistics SaaS platform Lyve Global has acquired a majority stake in cross-border e-commerce logistics and solutions provider Shopini World. Shopini has operations in the UAE, US, UK, Turkey and China.
The acquisition is in line with Lyve’s $150 million acquisition strategy to expand its digital ecosystem and geographic expansion.
The acquisition combines Shopini’s e-commerce solutions and international network with operational synergies from Lyve’s technology and logistics infrastructure in the region. Shopini’s first mile and middle mile services combined with Lyve’s solutions complete the entire logistics cycle—improving Lyve’s e-commerce customers’ efficiency, execution, and customer reach.
Lyve continues to evolve, building a digital ecosystem of complete end-to-end solutions across all touchpoints – from order acquisition to order management, payment and delivery. With its cloud-based platform and services, the company currently helps global and regional brands in the e-commerce, food and beverage, grocery and healthcare industries process millions of orders each month.
