Following a comprehensive Strategic Review assessment, AD Ports Group has achieved Platinum certification for “We Invest in People” for the fourth year in a row.
The group is the first organization in the region to achieve the prestigious IIP Platinum accreditation from Investors in People (IIP) in 2019. This prestigious accreditation is the highest honor bestowed by Investors in People and is the highest attainable IIP standard.
Only 2% of the 50,000 participating organizations from 66 countries reached this level. It recognizes the Group’s clear vision and high-performance culture, which consistently puts a healthy and productive work environment at the forefront by ensuring best practice employee engagement, continuous upskilling and improved wellbeing.
