Adani Green Energy
Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekara said the renewable energy project in the northern and eastern regions of Sri Lanka, undertaken by India’s Adani Group, will be completed by December next year and will generate 500 megawatts of electricity. Wijesekara shared the progress of the project on Twitter on Monday, “discussing the progress of Mannar & Pooneryn’s 500 MW Renewable Energy Project with Anil Sardana, Managing Director & CEO of Adani Transmission Ltd and Project Management Team”.
