Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (Adnic), one of the leading regional corporate and personal multi-line insurance providers, has appointed Charalampos Mylonas as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Mylonas will succeed Ahmad Idris, who resigned on February 28.
Mylonas joined Adnic in 2020 and currently assumes the role of Deputy CEO; he will assume the new role of Chief Executive Officer on March 1, 2023. Over the past 25 years, Mylonas has held various leadership roles with leading insurance companies in the United Arab Emirates and abroad and has extensive experience in underwriting, risk management and actuarial services, as he has served in AXA, AIG, Sukoon ( Oman Insurance Company) and Fidelity United Insurance Company in various leadership positions.
