Agility Logistics Parks (ALP), a leading industrial and logistics real estate developer, has launched tailor-made, master-planned data center park sites in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt and Ghana, with more sites to come.
These sites are being readied for ultra-modern ALP warehouse complexes in fast-growing markets and megacities looking to increase hyperscale data center capacity and address data latency, security and compliance challenges to accelerate their grow and increase competitiveness.
ALP is the market leader in industrial real estate in the Middle East, South Asia and Africa, with 1.5 million square meters of warehouses and 12 million square meters of industrial land in 12 emerging market countries. ALP announced its data center site plans at the Capacity Middle East 2023 conference in Dubai.

ALP has prepared power distribution, fiber connectivity, building permits, strong sustainability features and high security for the data center campus on the existing campus. The first campuses are located in the ALP campuses in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Kuwait, Cairo (Egypt) and Accra-Tema (Ghana). ALP expects to add sites in other fast-growing data center markets, including Nairobi, Casablanca, Lagos and more.

In Kuwait, for example, the company’s site provides an existing substation with a capacity of 80 MW, and the property is allocated two 46,000-square-meter data center plots with expansion capabilities. In addition to conventional power, the Kuwait site also provides 15+ MW of solar capacity.
