Air India Express Abu Dhabi Flights Expand With Four New India Routes
Air India Express Abu Dhabi flights are expanding this August with the launch of four new direct routes to India.
The airline has introduced services to Navi Mumbai, Indore and Lucknow, while a new Guwahati route is set to begin on August 7, further strengthening air connectivity between the UAE and India.
The expansion increases the number of Indian cities served directly from Abu Dhabi to 22, making travel more convenient for business travellers, tourists and the large Indian community living across the UAE.
The new Guwahati service is especially important because it offers the first direct connection between Abu Dhabi and India’s Northeast region.
Passengers from Assam and neighbouring states will now have a faster and more convenient travel option without needing to transit through other Indian cities.
Air India Express said the additional routes are part of its ongoing network expansion in the Gulf, one of its fastest-growing markets.
The airline has continued to add destinations and increase flight frequencies as travel demand between the UAE and India remains strong.
Industry experts believe the expanded network will support tourism, trade and family travel while offering passengers greater flexibility.
With more direct flights now available, Air India Express Abu Dhabi flights are expected to play a bigger role in connecting one of the world’s busiest international travel corridors.
