Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabian hospitality giant Al Hokair Tourism and Development Group is supporting the kingdom’s entertainment and leisure industry after signing a licensing deal with global branded entertainment leader Hasbro. The agreement will bring Playocity, a first-of-its-kind entertainment hub, to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and leverage a fan base built around Hasbro’s beloved brands and experiences.
The first two Playocity sites will open soon, with two 6,000 sq. ft. sites offering spectacular fun for everyone, and Al Hokair Group plans to roll out more sites across the kingdom in the near future.
Playocity will provide incredible opportunities for people and families of all ages to immerse themselves in the wonderful world of the Hasbro brand, including Power Rangers, TransformersMy Little Pony, Potato Head, Monopoly, Nerf and Connect4,and many more. As part of its Blueprint 2.0 strategy, Hasbro wants to bring its brand to life in a new omnichannel approach to excite fans.

Playocity is an adventurous indoor experience where guests can explore the wonder and excitement of beloved Hasbro characters in seven main areas and enjoy rides including mechanical rides, roller coasters, drop zones, carousels, soft games and laser tag A thrilling experience inside.
Playocity’s seven regions are inspired and built upon some of Hasbro’s strong brands and characters, including the following:
- Hungry hungry hippo feeding frenzy
- Town of Tonka in Tonka, an experiential construction site that invites kids to help Big Bob rebuild the town hall with excavators, cranes, dump trucks and bulldozers
- Connect4 area featuring Connect4 Disc-O-Drop riding
- The Power Rangers area has two rides that will immerse our guests in the world of Power Rangers. Let them experience Zord-sized thrills at the Megazord Battle Spinner and Jet Racers attractions.
- My Little Pony Magical Equestria area where kids are invited to meet their favorite My Little Pony characters and take a spin with Pegasus Ponies on Cloud Carousel
- Transformers Zone for Adrenaline-Fueled Transformers Laser Battles
- Playocity Arcade, a colorful and exciting world of games and prizes.
