At the moment, we really don’t need an excuse to spend the weekend outdoors, but with a little extra push – double yalla. This weekend, Abu Dhabi Moment will take place at Khalifa Square, a wholesome festival for families with 60 attractions, shows, crafts and shows for all ages.

You can take part in organized fun activities such as musical performances from Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin; Bubble, Balloon and Magic Shows, K9 Dogs Show, Mini Farm for Kids, Pottery Making, Art Shows, Community Painting, Baristas, home garden workshops and traditional handicrafts on display.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Al Khaili said: “As a team, we are passionate about implementing community initiatives and activities to achieve an integrated society, enhance its well-being and strengthen its contribution to sustainable development, highlighting the diversity of society. The Emirate of Abu Dhabi is home to different ethnic and social groups”.

After this weekend’s Khalifa Square event, the festival will continue – scheduled dates at Capital Park (23-25 December), Mohammed bin Zayed City Public Park (16-18 December) , Musafa, Jaheli Park in Al Ain Region (November 18-20) and Al Dhannah City in Al Dhafra Region (November 25-27).
