Arjun Ramadas Achieving End-to-End Goals With Airas Property Management

What do you think about passion and dreams to achieve something? Seems easy, right? However, it takes dedication and hard work to achieve something you want. We would like to share a similar story with you today. We got a chance to interview Arjun Ramadas, the Managing Director of Airas Property Management.

He is a true inspiration for making one’s dreams come true. By 2017, Arjun Ramadas was struggling. However, he never gave up and soon started Airas Property Management. They offer end-to-end services.

Landlords can list their properties in Dubai with Airas and enjoy their high-yield rental income. The company is full of younger generation people who are proactive and smart working, which makes Airas stand ahead of other property management companies in Dubai. The company also has a social media presence on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.

Explain the background of you and the company in detail.

I started my career in Dubai as a debt collection officer and worked for CBI bank for a year. In 2018 I got an opportunity to work with the Fifth Rogeue Corporate Service Provider manager as a Property Manager. I learned a lot about holiday home company procedures during my career journey. In addition, my love for providing customer service has always been never-ending. At one point, I felt like I must decide to start a new venture related to customer service & guest management. That’s how I began Airas Property Management.

Airas Property Management provides assistance, support, and impeccable management services to investors to sit back and relax and earn. At the same time, we perform 360-degree property management services on their behalf of them.

What are your goals?

Our goal is to develop Airas as a brand that people can trust and expect professional customer service from both landlord and guest points of view. Airas always believe in growing together, so we want our investors to be happier and feel safer when they hand over the property to us.

What is your and your company’s biggest strength?

Airas respect the value of time, so we are always spontaneous in responding to queries either from guest or from investors, and we would like to treat all our customers in a friendly and professional way,

What was the path you took to get to where you are today?

I always believe in my own decision and would love to take risks in different stages of life. I never settle down in my comfort zone in my life, and I would always like to grow and keep people around me growing together as well, which is real success according to my policy.

Why did you start this company?

I started this company because I always believe in growing with effort and smart work. Also, I would love to allow lots of people to grow with my company, which can be thoughtful to all upcoming new generation people to take risks in their lives.

What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?

I felt like many people around me were asking why you were starting a company so early at this age. Just save some money and do it later. However, I strongly believe life can never be changed as long as you are ready to take risks, and whether it’s success or failure, you must take a step to grow, and I am into it.

Self-motivation and belief in taking risks.

What makes you excited about Mondays?

Since we are in a field where we don’t have holidays, every day seems like a Monday for me, and we must always be proactive in guiding our guests.

What do you value most about your culture and vision?

I value treating everyone equally, and my vision is to build Airas into a trustworthy brand for all our clients.

Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.

Every project we undergo needs strong innovative ideas as the market is always competitive, and we manage to upgrade ourselves every day.

What are your company’s strategies, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?

Airas stands unique from other property management companies because we strongly believe in providing end-to-end services to all our clients and investors, and we are here to guide them in all possible ways.

What are the key values which helped you to overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?

Since you guys asked, I am just sharing one of the incidents in my life in this same city. In 2017, I was struggling to complete my daily needs, which included food as well, where I got totally stuck because of financial issues.

Even though I didn’t even have a single penny during that time, I strongly believed that by telling myself this is not the end and it’s just a beginning and stays strong as long as you live.

So, I will not say I have become a multi-millionaire, but I can say that I have become an owner of a company in the same city where I was struggling. In addition, I strongly believe Airas will grow stronger together with all our supporters.

How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?

I believe my company will have its own trustworthy & professional branding value and can make changes in the next two years by satisfying all our investor and guest requirements.

Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?

Clients can expect a good, hassle-free rental income, and all we need is to make them satisfied with their revenue. We just want our investors to sit back and relax.

What are the services/solutions or products offered by your company on par with the current industry standards? Tell us something about your upcoming products or services?
