As flights resume, Azizi Developments welcomes increased demand from Saudi buyers – Dubai Blog

[ad_1]

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, reported that the number of Saudi buyers has surged since the resumption of flights between the two countries in September.

The Saudi travel ban has been effective since July because Saudi Arabia has suspended travel to and from many countries in the world based on continuous monitoring of the local epidemic. The demand from Saudi buyers increased by more than 40% in September. Compared with the previous few months, the demand of Egyptian and European customers also increased by 34% and 28% respectively.

Mr. Farhad Azizi, Chief Executive Officer of Azizi Developments, said of these remarkable growth: “With the resumption of travel, this remarkable growth now shows that pent-up demand is reflected in real estate sales. This growth shows that, as a developer and a country, we have well met the needs of investors. With the start of the 2020 World Expo, the market will be further boosted, and Saudi Arabia will become second only to India in 2020 Dubai’s second largest source of tourists. All our stakeholders can now look forward to a successful and prosperous future.”

Azizi’s efforts are reflected in one of its many projects, Riviera-Azizi’s French Mediterranean style residential and commercial community, located in one of Dubai’s most popular destinations-MBR City. Aims to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to the Emirates. This is not only about architectural art, but also about a certain “joy of life”-celebration of life, ecstasy of spirit, Riviera represents a new landmark purpose land.

Riviera is a trendy coastal lifestyle destination. When completed, it is planned to include 71 mid-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences located in the center of all commercial, leisure and retail centers in the city. It consists of three areas: a wide retail avenue, a lagoon walk full of handcrafted restaurants and boutiques, and Les Jardins, a lush and expansive social space. The Riviera also has the world’s second largest lagoon-its own 2.7 kilometer long body of clean desalinated water, where residents can swim.

With its strategic location close to the upcoming Meydan One Mall and Meydan Racecourse (the venue of the Dubai World Cup), as well as Dubai’s most famous attractions, the Riviera is one of Azizi Developments’ most coveted projects one.
