What are your goals?
The key goal involves contributing as much value as possible to the company through high-level professional management and fulfilling additional responsibilities.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?
Commitment to offering the best solutions to increase landlords’ income while maintaining a high standard of services to meet our guests’ expectations.
What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?
Setting up Everluxe holiday homes during the times of the global pandemic of Corona was a challenging yet attainable goal. I put my best foot forward to build a winning mindset within our company. We have been honored with the fastest-growing holiday homes company award by Arabian Travel Awards & also been nominated for the Haute Grandeur global awards.
Why did you start (or want to be the head of) this company?
Having substantial experience in the holiday homes industry, I determine well the competencies and potential strengths of myself and my team towards fostering a strong management culture.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The biggest challenge that we came across was setting up Everluxe holiday homes during the global pandemic situation. Although it was a challenging situation, we overcame it without compromising the quality of our services.

Mondays motivate us as a team. It provides a fresh start and reconnects me to a refueled team of high morale that boosts productivity.

Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.
Leading High-end furnishing to highly recommended furnishing is another skill of creativity and innovation that I discovered by offering my help to the furnishing team in one of the projects.
What are the strategies of your company, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?
A balance between providing rental profits to the landlords and maintaining high standards of affordability, security, flexible booking options, customers’ trust and recommendations, friendly customer services and complimentary services helps us stand unique in the Holiday homes industry.
What are the key values that helped you overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?
Integrity, resilience, and enthusiasm, alongside other managerial skills, helped me overcome different challenges and see my team’s professional growth has always been memorable and motivational at the same time.
How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
Being awarded as the fastest growing holiday homes company, its expanding services, growing revenue, customer satisfaction, and many other indicators, I am confident to lead the market as the top holiday homes company being recognized globally.
What are the services/solutions or products offered by your company on par with the current industry standards? Tell us something about your upcoming products or services?
We are highly technology-based. We are currently testing crypto payments for our rentals by using smart locks in our properties and virtual tours to show our properties and will be going live soon. It will make us the first holiday homes company to start accepting payments in major cryptocurrencies.
