UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced the launch of its new project, Azizi Grand, in Dubai Sports City, which will offer residents the best in luxury and sport, with an emphasis on modern, healthy and sustainable living.

Scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2024, the development will include 431 spacious residences, including studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom residences, as well as a gym, two swimming pools, children’s play areas, BBQ areas and landscaped gardens and other amenities focused on health and convenience.

Ideally located on Al Fay Road, Azizi Grand is a majestic building within the popular Dubai Sports City, in the heart of the action but at a comfortable distance from the city’s daily routine.

A senior official said that Azizi Grand is located among schools, sports academy, equestrian club, golf club, stadium and lush greenery, just minutes away from Al Khail Road and Mohammed bin Zayed Road.

“Revolving around the concept of healthy and sustainable future living, this extraordinary new development in Dubai Sports City is designed for those looking for an active lifestyle with easy connectivity, while still wanting to enjoy the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city,” commented Its CEO, Farhad Azizi.

The project features an open plan, customizable layout, spacious balconies that span the entire length of the apartment overlooking the expansive greenery surrounding the building, built-in shelving and cupboards for elegant storage in the bathroom, built-in wardrobes and Vanity units, soft contemporary lighting, exquisite tiling, framed floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows, breathtaking views, customizable open-plan kitchens, premium cabinetry and appliances, he noted.

“We are confident that with its outstanding build quality, strategic location and exceptional amenities, our valued investors will be as excited as we are to see the sale come online,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
