She is a Kotler award-winning Digital Strategist and Reputation expert with her base established on three continents. Recently, she was awarded the “International Women of Courage 2022” from the UAE. As an Entrepreneur, Babita has ventures spanning Hospitality, Sports Management, apart from Cyber Security.
Babita is recognized as a renowned Cyber Security Professional and serves as an Intervention Officer for a variety of organizations and boards around the world. She also serves on the board of various non-profit organizations dedicated to the well-being of children and women.

How did you start your entrepreneurship journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?
That’s an interesting story. The idea actually came about due to the needs of the industry. During this time, an eminent media personality asked me if I could alter his search results and tweak his perception. Initially, we focused on one country, then expanded to other countries, modulating digital perceptions.
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams,” said Eleanor Roosevelt, and I completely second thought. The importance of dreaming big, aiming higher, following your heart, and continuously challenging your limits cannot be overstated.
What do you believe is the most crucial part of continuing business seamlessly?
Reputation Management, Sentiment Analysis, Digital Listening, and Machine learning tools Businesses like us survive on out-of-the-box thinking, but it is always the urgent nature of work that trumps the luxury of learning. A third of employees’ time is wasted on emails with little or no relevance to their work. This is the traditional corporate wisdom used for working, and it often removes your focus from the solution, which is very simple and basic at times. Learning, therefore, ends up being relegated, consciously and subconsciously, and we’re all just too caught up in the inexorable flow of work. Hence making Learning a part of everyday work becomes the most crucial part of any seamless digital business.

How would you describe your leadership style?
In terms of leadership style, I would describe it as direct and example-oriented.
Did you face any challenges during your career span? If so, how were you able to overcome them?
As a team, we keep experimenting with out-of-the-box ideas, combining them with technical updates and new laws, and our clients have received impeccable results. In addition, achieving results becomes more challenging when we are legally stymied. What is overwhelming is the trust that we have developed with our clients worldwide that we would be able to overcome such challenges. It inspires each one in the team to outperform. The results were simply brilliant!
Do you use innovative ideas to be unique?
All the time. Innovation is the only key to success.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?
