world-renowned Fitness Studio Barry’s, Formerly known as Barry’s Bootcamp, is opening First branch in Abu Dhabi – Its fourth location in the UAE.
The new venue is scheduled to open on the ground floor of The Galleria Al Maryah Island on September 3.
The high-intensity workout brand has been a celebrity favorite for years, with clients including Kim Kardashian, David and Victoria Beckham, Jessica Alba, Jake Gyllenhaal and Harry Stey Les and other first-line stars.
In the capital, there will be a Red Room offering traditional HIIT workouts that alternate between treadmill and floor workouts, while the Lift in the Flex Lounge is designed for intensive strength training. This is a 50-minute class that differs from the standard barre routine because it gives participants the opportunity to lift weights at a slower pace.
Classes will run 7 days a week and offer special themed options, including ladies-only classes, as well as live DJ set-up and challenge classes.
There’s also Barry’s Fuel Bar with over 20 shakes and grab-and-go items designed to help build muscle and aid recovery after strenuous exercise.
Fans can also shop some merchandise live in Abu Dhabi, as the brand’s exclusive capsule collections and localized pieces are available for purchase.
Barry’s Bootcamp opened in 2017 in the Dubai International Financial Centre and has since expanded to Dubai Marina. At the time, it was the first in the Middle East and the 26th in the world.
Today, there is also a venue in Qatar and more than 70 studios around the world.
