Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez expanded their family by adopting pets.
The newlyweds were seen indulging in public displays of love when they returned to Los Angeles over the weekend before they headed to an animal shelter in the city with J Lo’s 14-year-old twins Max and Emme, who she shares with ex-husband Mark Anthony.
Max was later seen walking out of the center with a cardboard box, but it’s not known what animal was chosen.
The couple, who wed at their £7.7m plantation-style estate in Georgia last month, followed up on their honeymoon in Italy, the Daily Mail published an account of the visit on Sunday (04.09.22). photo.
While sharing details of the wedding, singer JLo, 53, posted a photo of her in a white Ralph Lauren gown next to the 50-year-old “Batman” actor dancing under neon lights that read: “Mr. Mrs Flake.”
Jennifer said: “The moment he saw me at the top of the stairs it all made so much sense while still looking incredible, like the best dream, all you want is to never wake up.
“If I hadn’t been so focused on not tripping over my clothes, I might have thought a lot of the same, but it’s just as wonderful for me when I get close enough to see his face.
“Some old wounds healed that day and the weight of the past was finally lifted from our shoulders. The full cycle – not at all the way we planned. Better.”
She also shared a quote Ben wrote for his 2016 film “Live by Night,” describing their wedding reception, in which it said: “This is heaven. It’s here. We’re here now. in it.”
The couple, known as “Beniffers,” first got together after meeting in the failed 2003 film “Geely,” before they broke off their engagement in 2004.
