• The Athenaeum Music & Arts Library is hosting a holiday book sale Held at 1008 Wall Street in La Jolla through December. The annual sale features a huge selection of used books, CDs, vinyl records and sheet music. Hundreds of recordings of classical music, jazz, and pop are on sale for $1 a disc.

• Duke’s La Jolla is participating in a donation drive Through December, the address is 1216 Prospect St. For every $1 donated, guests will receive an equivalent (up to $50) food and beverage certificate to dine at Duke’s. Receive a $10 Duke Food and Beverage Certificate for every five food items you donate (certificates can go up to $50). To receive a certificate, donations must be made in person via a QR code provided by the restaurant. All donations will go to Father Joe’s Village.

• The Prana Yoga Center at 1041 Silverado Street in La Jolla is hosting a Holiday Food Drive Benefit Feeding San Diego. Until Monday, December 26th, there will be a donation box next to the front desk for donations of canned chicken, tuna, beans, fruit, vegetables and soup, as well as items such as cereal, rice, nuts and seeds, peanut butter, milk powder and Infant formula.
