Billie Lourd has her second child with Austen Rydell.
The 30-year-old actress and her husband already have a two-year-old son named Kingston, and Billie’s dad Brian Ludd has now confirmed that she recently gave birth to her second child.
Speaking at Variety’s Dealmakers Breakfast in Beverly Hills on Tuesday (13/12/22), Bryan shared: “My daughter had a baby last night.
“I left the hospital at 1:30 and got there at 6 this morning. So, I’m a little bit tired, but happy.”
Bryan also revealed that “all is well” with his daughter and her new baby.
“If I wander, it’s because the adrenaline is still flowing,” he added.
Billie broke the news of her pregnancy in September, when she showed off her growing baby bump at the world premiere of the romantic comedy film Ticket to Paradise, starring George Clooney and Julia Roberts.
Meanwhile, in October, Billie revealed that she was looking forward to becoming a mother of two.
However, the actress also admitted to being “shocked” by the prospect.
Billie, who married Austin earlier this year, explained: “I’m excited and scared.”
Asked what she’s most excited about, Billie replied: “Seeing my son meet his siblings. I was so excited at that moment. I mean, he probably wouldn’t be that excited.”
Billie – whose mother was the late Carrie Fisher – was determined to continue some family traditions with her children.
The actress also loves to travel with her son.
Talking about her approach to parenting, Billie explained: “Overall, I’ve been trying to spread a sense of humor to these kids. Just traveling with him. I’ve been lucky enough to take him some places with me.”
