Joao Almeida and Brandon McNulty Both will feature in a strong-looking UAE team, the UAE back to spain. Both drivers will make their Vuelta debuts.

While the team will obviously be chasing GC and stages in the mountains, sprinter Pascal Ackermann also has the chance to join the German in his first Grand Tour since joining the team at the start of the season. The 28-year-old has had a difficult start to the season but recently won a stage victory at the Tour of Poland.
