Breaking Barriers in the Tech Industry With Spark Tech Hub – Rami Ayoob

Meet Rami Ayoob, the CIO of Spark Tech Hub, a technology startup focused on developing innovative solutions to tackle modern business challenges. He is also the Founder of Astro Tech Hub. With years of experience in the technology industry, Rami has a proven track record of leading successful projects and teams. As a dynamic and forward-thinking leader, he has embraced the latest technological advancements, such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, to drive innovation and productivity in his organization. In this interview, we will delve into Rami’s insights on technology, leadership, and the industry’s future.

What’s the idea behind your innovative thought?

It’s a strategic business transformation with innovative and updated best practices, aligned with all IT planning, implementation, and technology transformation into a tactical business partner to surpass annual revenue targets.

To achieve this, you need to develop a clearly defined and focused business vision, define business objectives, and develop a strategic action plan for each objective, broken down into tasks with a list of needed resources and a specific timeline.

How did you begin your career journey, and do you have some advice for beginners? I am an innovative and result-oriented professional with over 18+ years of executive-level experience responsible for all aspects of strategic IT planning and achieving enterprise goals.

During my career journey, I have defined, planned, and implemented a robust short and long-term technology roadmap to ensure a phased approach that integrates with existing processes and platforms to deliver incremental value at each stage. I have also transformed enterprises to remote operations during crises such as the Covid-19 pandemic by upgrading the infrastructure and business processes, migrating data centers to the cloud, enabling application mobility on mobile devices and tablets, and using collaborative tools for business continuity and efficient productivity. Additionally, I have implemented process automation by AI and RPA to minimize human efforts and physical engagements.

My advice for beginners is to generate business value from IT-enabled investments, achieve strategic goals, and realize business benefits through effective and innovative use of IT.

What are your goals as a leader?

My goals are to analyze data to recommend best practices and develop problem-solving solutions, process large sets of data, and effectively articulate findings in an easy-to-understand way. I have the ability to examine information rationally and make a reasoned judgment based on analysis.

In addition, my goal is to enable technology to perform such intellectual tasks as decision-making, problem-solving, perception, understanding human communication, and providing insights into big data for better business opportunities, service portfolios, and operations.

I also aim to use digital technologies to make processes more efficient or effective. The idea is not just to replicate an existing service in a digital form but to transform that service into something significantly better-using technology.

How important are employees’ energy levels to success?

It is essential to set team priorities and performance objectives, review performance and methods employed, and spearhead the team’s decision-making process.

Additionally, we need to start diversity from the inside before jumping to the outside and focusing on internal hiring. It is crucial to publish diversity figures, and any progress made and provide internal training opportunities.

How do you plan to motivate your team to go the extra mile?

The way individuals perceive life varies from person to person. Even though there may be some instances where two people share the same perception, people generally have different perspectives, making them unique. Perception influences how we experience, think, and feel, essential to individuality.

Moreover, people have different goals and desires in life. Although people might share similar goals, each person’s aspirations differ slightly from others. For example, if you aim to establish a successful business, your business goals may differ from another individual’s goals.

Therefore, motivating your team to go the extra mile involves understanding their unique perspectives, aspirations, and goals. You can encourage and inspire them by aligning their goals with the organization’s objectives and providing them with opportunities to grow and develop their skills.

What keeps You moving forward even during challenges?

You may want to make a certain amount of money, or you may just want to positively influence other people instead of making a fortune. It takes a willingness to be who we are and stand out from the crowd. This is a unique trait because most people are uncomfortable embracing their differences and approaching life based on their preferences. Moreover, most people are not willing to show their true personality and how they interact with the world.

How do you think technology is leading to changes in businesses? Do you feel it’s helping your skills grow?

The goal is to enable technology to perform intellectual tasks such as decision-making, problem-solving, perception, understanding human communication, and insight into big data for better business opportunities, service portfolios, and operations. Emerging technology makes leaders more creative, motivated, and productive, and that’s how I have benefited from them.

How do you adapt to digitalization?

Driving a digital culture throughout the business is a key challenge that requires proof of concept and presentation of the outcomes of proposed digital solutions while also considering security and data privacy.

Do you use innovative ideas to be unique?

I have adopted a future vision of utilizing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation, which can improve productivity by up to 75% through predicted decision-making. Additionally, I have utilized collaborative tools to engage and connect with stakeholders at different levels and departments, provided regular updates regarding IT project plans and progress, and conducted SWOT analyses with executives and department heads to identify the best practices of IT enablers that directly affect their departmental processes.

Would you like to say anything else to our viewers?

Willingness to be who we are and stand out from the crowd. This is a unique trait because most people are not comfortable embracing their differences and approaching life based on their preferences. Moreover, most people are not willing to show off their true personalities and how they interact with the world.
