It is only open to 30 people…
Cassette is located in the humble Al Quoz courtyard, in our What’s in the Dubai Awards 2021 Earlier this year. Yes, this cafe is a great place to have breakfast, and if you visit on the weekend, you can build a waiting list, but this is another reason you should pay attention this month-Chef Unleashed.
After the first success, the Paris Bistro brought Chef Unleashed back for the second time. The date to be noted is Tuesday, October 12th.
During the event, guests will be able to celebrate the launch of the two-month art exhibition with local photographer and artist Chrissified. Chrissified’s creative photography comes from his recent adventures in Iceland.
In the event, after dinner at 7:30 in the evening, the artist himself will introduce the menu inspired by all the dishes purchased by Cassette’s chef Shaunne Cordier.
So, what’s on the menu?
Well, it’s a secret, but what we do know is that food connoisseurs will feast on an innovative five-course menu with eclectic texture and flavor choices that reflect the scenery depicted in the photography.
A range of exotic ingredients will be used, including Osetra caviar, volcanic tan “ash” bread and seaweed foam-but please note that dietary requirements or food preferences will not be met.
The exclusive event is only open to 30 people, so you must quickly grab a seat. It will cost you AED 380 per person, and you can pay in advance with cash or card at Cassette. For more information, please contact 04 349 196.
If you miss the chance to dine, you can still visit the six-piece exhibition at Cassette. It will run from Tuesday, October 12 to Sunday, December 12. It can even be purchased.
