Cleveland Clinic signs research MOU with UAE institution

Mubadala Health’s partner, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), to facilitate research.

The agreement strengthens the alliance between the two parties in research and education, in line with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s vision to advance healthcare in the UAE and the wider region.

Some of the potential collaborations as part of the agreement include research project collaborations, co-mentoring and placement of students at the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and research and development partnerships. The education arm of the MOU is required to collaborate on educational programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral levels. The MoU also includes cooperation in the development of co-led events such as workshops, workshops and conferences.

The partnership with the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi will enhance the student experience and open up more research avenues.
