Chris Cuomo has Suspend indefinitely After new details about how he helped his brother Andrew Cuomo in the sexual harassment scandal surfaced, he resigned from his position on CNN.

“The New York Attorney General’s Office released transcripts and evidence on Monday, providing new clues to Chris Cuomo’s involvement in his brother’s defense,” CNN said in a statement Tuesday evening. “We were unaware of these documents before they were publicly released, which caused serious problems.”
CNN stated that the information provided in the new document led to the decision to suspend Chris “awaiting further evaluation.”
“When Chris admitted to us that he had provided advice to his brother’s employees, he violated our rules and we publicly acknowledged this. But we also appreciate his unique position and understand that he needs to put the family in In the first place, work is in the second place,” the statement continued. “However, these documents show that his brother has worked more than we knew before. Therefore, we suspend Chris indefinitely and await further evaluation.”
