Colliers, a leading diversified professional services and investment management firm, has announced the launch of a new brokerage division in Dubai, expanding its services to clients in the region.

Established in Mena in 1994, Colliers focuses primarily on commercial, valuation, hospitality, education and healthcare services.

Colliers Mena has taken a major step towards expanding its presence in the Middle East with the opening of its first sales office in Dubai.

The department will be led by seasoned industry specialist Chris Gardner, who has been appointed Executive Director (Brokers) for the Mena region.

With 17 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, Gardner brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise and was responsible for setting up the brokerage in the UAE and establishing it as a leader in the region.

Welcoming Gardner, CEO Raja Alameddine said: “I am confident in his ability to build Colliers Mena into a leader in brokerage services in the region. His wealth of experience and knowledge will undoubtedly be a driver of the company’s success. We are eager to see the team will have an impact on the real estate industry and look forward to following his journey.”

He noted that the new development is an important step for the group and reflects its commitment to expand its global footprint.

He said Colliers was known for its innovative approach to real estate services and its commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for its clients.

“The addition of this division will be a key driver of growth and will help us better serve our customers in the region,” Alameddine noted.

He added that under the leadership of Gardner and his team, the company is well-positioned to make its mark in the region and deliver superior results for its clients.

Regarding his new role, Gardner said: “With its thriving real estate market and vibrant business community, Dubai offers us a wealth of opportunities to connect with new clients and help them accelerate their success.”

“I am delighted to join Colliers and build a well-equipped team to guide the company’s expansion into this dynamic market. Armed with broader opportunities, our team will be able to maximize real estate portfolios for clients’ real value,” he said. added.-TradeArabia News Service
