Nordson Came to Dubai in 2010 and found a job in an educational institution within a week-despite the reported economic slowdown at the time. A few years later, she decided to go beyond the routine and become an entrepreneur.So she launched her first venture-a technology company called Dynasty Technologies, followed by a social platform called Dynasty Technologies YESGulf.comBy 2015, she ran a content creation company in Pakistan, a technology company in Ajman, and her social platform YesGulf in Dubai.
Although Dynasty Technology gave her the know-how to successfully run a company in the UAE and meet the needs of multiple companies, she realized that the real advantage lies in the social aspect of the company. Yes Gulf uses a recommendation-based system supported by repetitive network activities to make social activities revolve around business development, so it has developed rapidly. The goal of the platform is to create a community of like-minded expats who need help to settle down, which can be an overwhelming experience for novices. However, within a year, foreigners from Oman and Saudi Arabia also joined the YesGulf network because of the strong momentum of its activities. All the flashy and fast-paced life in Dubai can be exciting, and this atmosphere spreads quickly. As foreigners, we have all had this experience!
In Yes Gulf, Nousheen regularly organizes social events and the organization has steadily grown to more than 15,000 members.
In 2019, Nousheen launched Sterfimina, A women’s magazine dedicated to guiding, entertaining and educating women. The magazine’s main goal is women’s empowerment, and aims to change lives by creating a destination portal to discuss beauty, health, fashion and health issues. She believes that women should have a support system where they can connect and connect with like-minded women to understand how to achieve rapid growth. Stylfemina plans to launch its larger network activities to ensure that its goals are achieved more quickly.
Last summer, Nousheen founded Nousheen Mukhtar International, a personal branding, marketing and public relations agency that specializes in corporate communications, media awareness activities, image consulting, and boutique marketing activities. Her company participated in the launch of well-known brands in the region.
Nousheen has all the qualities of a successful entrepreneur. She helps companies and individuals connect, share ideas, innovate and ensure the implementation of strong strategies in the digital world. With her passion for business management, love and creativity for innovation, she has played an important role in helping companies and entrepreneurs establish new connections, formulate digital marketing strategies, and rebrand for recognition and success.
Nousheen looks to the future optimistically. After Covid, she redoubled her efforts and continued to develop her business. In her words, “I firmly believe in doing things differently, because walking the known path will only take you to the same island where everyone else is!”.
