The Kuwaiti cabinet decided on Monday to resume flights to two other countries.
The official news agency KUNA announced on Twitter that the Cabinet decided to restart flights to Morocco and the Maldives from August 1.
The cabinet meeting also decided to reopen all social events from September 1. This includes summits and other social activities, including children’s activities. Participation in the event will be limited to those who have received the vaccine. The Cabinet added that from August 1st, people who have not been vaccinated can only enter pharmacies, consumer cooperatives, and food and catering marketing outlets.
However, as a preventive measure to prevent the spread of Covid-19, large gatherings will not be allowed.
According to another cabinet decision, starting from Tuesday, the previous announcement of the closure of commercial activities at 8 pm will be cancelled.
The health authorities said that in the case of a sharp decline in cases, efforts to contain the disease have achieved good results, so they decided to relax restrictions.
On July 1, the country announced the resumption of direct flights to multiple destinations. There are direct flights to Bosnia-Herzegovina, the United Kingdom, Spain, the United States, the Netherlands, Italy, Austria, France, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, Greece and Switzerland.
