Cultivating national talents: UAE graduates from elite audit training programs

Two groups of Emirati graduated in Abu Dhabi from one of the UAE’s elite UAEization programs-the Pre-Audit Qualification Training (PAQT) program. PAQT is designed and operated by the Abu Dhabi Global Marketing Academy (ADGMA) in conjunction with KPMG Lower Bay, Abu Dhabi Human Resources Bureau and Abu Dhabi Accountability Bureau. In the next six months, 46 Emirati will graduate.

PAQT provides world-class audit training, resources and job placement for UAE nationals. Each participant receives ACCA audit qualification training, guidance, work experience from top UAE companies, and continuous feedback.

KPMG Middle East and South Asia Chairman and KPMG Lower Bay Chairman and CEO Nader Hafar said: “We welcome our latest PAQT graduates to join KPMG. UAE graduates are keen to take advantage of the unique features of PAQT. Through a rigorous selection process, graduates will receive extensive classroom and online training. The course focuses on auditing, but also includes broadly applicable business topics such as high-impact presentation skills, cash flow statements, time management, and effective communication.
