After months of public review, he posted a controversial comment on Rolling Loud Miami that DaBaby is preparing to participate in the 22 state tour held by the festival.
In an Instagram post, DaBaby announced Rolling Loud’s “Live Show Killa” tour, which will begin in Chicago, Illinois at the end of November and end in Los Angeles in February 2022. Baby will land in cities such as Atlanta, Philadelphia and Detroit along the way.
The tour announcement was a complete moment for DaBaby, who recently found himself in a hot position to cancel the culture by calling out HIV-infected people during a performance at the Miami Music Festival. After his commentary video went viral, DaBaby was deleted from various festivals and then publicly apologized to the LGBTQ+ community.
In the apology, DaBaby said he was “misled” and needed “wisdom, education and resources” from those who understand the impact of HIV/AIDS on the LGBTQ+ community. About a month later, DaBaby met with nine AIDS advocacy organizations, apologized and talked to people infected with the virus.
DaBaby’s efforts to educate himself seemed to his advantage, because the CEO of one of the organizations recently recognized his growth. As we previously reported, Gweonlyn D. Clemons, CEO of the LGBTQ organization “Relationship Unleashed”, told TMZ that members of her non-profit organization are supporting DaBaby’s cause. Clemons said that he took the time to make himself aware of the harmful and triggering comments he made, and for this, he should be able to live a happy and prosperous career peacefully.
Advance tickets for the DaBaby tour will go online at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 4th
