Danube launches $381m property at Jumeirah Lakes Towers

[ad_1]

UAE-based Danube Properties has partnered with DMCC, the master developer of Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), in Dubai to launch its largest real estate project, Viewz, a set of double-storey apartments and penthouses.

Danube stated when announcing the project that this is the group’s first luxury residential project, marking its entry into the high-end real estate sector. Every residence in the AED1.4 billion ($381 million) JLT development will feature Aston Martin interiors.

It added that Viewz will be developed within Cluster K in the JLT area, next to Sheikh Zayed Road and DMCC MRT station.

Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC, said JLT has grown into one of the most sought-after mixed-use communities in the UAE, with the area offering everything businesses, residents and tourists need to thrive.

Once complete, Viewz will offer studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom apartments and sky villas – or duplexes – well above sea level, with breathtaking city views of Dubai from the JLT vantage point .

All 2 to 3 bedroom apartments and sky villas come with a private pool. Studios start from AED 50,000, with an option to upgrade to Aston Martin furnished interiors.

“The Viewz and its Aston Martin-trimmed interior add to JLT’s credentials, so we are delighted to be working with Danube Properties to bring this iconic project to the community as we continue JLT’s growth,” he noted.

Viewz homes are equipped with several major amenities including health club and gym, swimming pool, children’s pool, outdoor BBQ area, jogging track, tennis court, party hall, children’s area, children’s daycare/boat sitter, electric vehicle charging points, Wading pool, kiddie pool, toddler splash pad, jacuzzi and overwater lounge.

Unique amenities include a library, cigar room, Japanese garden, business center with meeting space, doctor on call and rain showers.

“Viewz will not only redefine luxury living, but will also be remembered as the first Aston Martin furniture project in this part of the world,” said Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman, Danube Group.

“Owners of the Viewz will benefit from a high premium for interiors delivered by Aston Martin – a first for the UAE. This will help owners achieve a higher return on investment,” he added.

According to him, all Viewz residences will be developed as smart homes with sustainable features. The project has energy-efficient automatic lights, a water-saving system, and an eco-friendly and futuristic design with LED-illuminated facades.

Residents can also enjoy a wide range of retail, hotel, leisure and dining services spread across the 2 million square meter JLT area. He added that two sky bridges would connect the two iconic towers.
