Viewz to deliver apartments and Sky Villas with Aston Martin interiors in 2026

Danube Properties on Friday unveiled its largest real estate project, Viewz, a cluster of twin-rise towers that, once completed, will offer apartments and sky villas with a development value of more than Dh1.4 billion.
Launched in partnership with DMCC, the lead developer of Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), the project will feature internal public areas and amenities furnished by Aston Martin. Customers can also choose an Aston Martin furnished interior for their home. This is Danube Real Estate’s first luxury residential project, marking the developer’s entry into the high-end real estate development market.
Viewz will be developed within Cluster K in the JLT area, next to Sheikh Zayed Road and DMCC MRT station. This is Danube Properties’ first project in JLT.

With Viewz, Danube Properties’ current development portfolio comprises 21 projects and 10,021 units with total sales of over AED8.15 billion. Of the 21 projects it has launched, it has delivered 11 so far and will deliver three more in the first half of this year – making it one of the most successful developers in terms of deliveries.
Once complete, Viewz will offer studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments and sky villas – or duplexes – offering Dubai city views. All 2 to 3 bedroom apartments and sky villas come with a private pool. Studio apartments start from AED 950,000, with an option to upgrade to Aston Martin furnished interiors.
Viewz homes has over 40 facilities and amenities including fully equipped health club and gym, swimming pool, kiddie pool, alfresco BBQ area, jogging track, tennis courts, party hall, kids area, kids daycare/boat sitter, electric cars Charge points, wading pool, kiddie pool, toddler splash pad, jacuzzi and overwater lounge. Unique amenities include a library, cigar room, Japanese garden, business center with meeting space, doctor on call and rain showers. Residents can also enjoy a wide range of retail, hotel, leisure and dining services spread across the 2 million square meter JLT area. Two skybridges will connect the two iconic towers.

According to Savills World Research, the number of branded residential schemes globally has increased by 230% over the past decade. On an unweighted basis, branded homes can command a 29% premium over comparable non-branded offerings. Branded premiums are highest in emerging markets, averaging 44% higher than non-branded stocks, while emerging markets with few branded properties are twice as expensive as non-branded stocks.
“Owners of Viewz will be able to command a high premium for interiors furnished by Aston Martin, a first for the UAE. This will help homeowners achieve a higher return on investment,” said Sajan.
All Viewz homes will be developed as smart homes with sustainable features. The project has energy-efficient automatic lights, a water-saving system, and an eco-friendly and futuristic design with LED-illuminated facades.
Danube Properties is offering a 10-year Golden Visa to homeowners – especially those who meet the investment criteria – subject to government approval.
