Dell Technologies and G42 Cloud have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to help accelerate digital transformation for customers in the UAE by collaborating on cloud, security, and IT and managed services.
The two companies will collaborate in various areas, including private cloud solutions, as well as consulting, residency and managed services.
It said the collaboration aims to serve the UAE by enabling customers to manage their daily business operations and accelerate digital transformation through a more secure and consistent cloud experience.
The MoU was signed at the Dell Technologies Forum 2022 by Walid Yehia, General Manager, Dell Technologies UAE, and Talal Al Kaissi, CEO, G42 Cloud.
The agreement will enable customers of both companies to take advantage of best-in-class capabilities and performance, including for computing, data storage and data protection needs. It is designed to help customers unlock and leverage the cloud experience and drive innovation.
“To succeed in an increasingly digital economy, businesses need flexible and scalable solutions that enable them to innovate and transform the way they operate,” said Yehia.
