Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach appoints new general manager

Dubai’s family favorite 4-star hotel Delta Jumeirah Beach has announced the appointment of Karolina Paliszewska as its General Manager.

The hotel offers comfort and convenience for those who wish to be in the center of all the action in this vibrant city, while still being just a short walk from the beach. With eateries such as Australian Cool, Jones the Grocer, American hangout Speakeasy and Brazilian Churassco, Foguiera – Delta Hotels Jumeriah Beach offers a diverse culinary scene that reflects the cosmopolitan city in which it’s located.

As newly appointed multi-property general manager, Karolina Paliszewska will oversee all operations and facilities at the three major Marriott properties, including Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach, Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road and Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai .

Karolina started her hospitality career over twenty years ago at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel in Poland as Events Director. She then went on to serve as Restaurant Director at the JW Marriott Grand Hotel in Bucharest, effectively managing the restaurant and spearheading the pre-opening of other restaurants.

Following her passion for food and beverages, Karolina then took a pre-opening position as Food and Beverage Director at the London Marriott Hotel and Executive Apartments at West India Quay, where she successfully established the hotel’s restaurants and positioned them on the map in bustling Canary Wharf. .

In 2010, Karolina relocated to the Middle East as Food and Beverage Director at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and returned home in 2016 to take up the role of Director Rooms Operations at Warsaw Marriott Hotel.

In 2018, she returned to the UAE as Hotel Manager at Hilton Al Habtoor City, Dubai, and will be stepping down as General Manager of Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection following her recent stint with Marriott. – trade arab news agency
