Deyaar awards major contract for DSO luxury residential tower


UAE-based Deyaar Development has awarded the main contract for Tria, a 32-storey luxury residential tower in the heart of Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), a free zone technology park and member of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zone Authority (DSO). hereby).

The latest addition to Deyaar’s portfolio of luxury projects, Tria offers a variety of residential options including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, townhouses, duplexes and stylish penthouses, the developer said.

It said the luxury tower has a built-up area of ​​more than 1 million square feet and is easily accessible with quick access to major highways, including Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Al Ain Road.

The AED515 million (US$140.2 million) project also offers outstanding features such as smart home automation, energy-saving solutions, brand new appliances, elegant interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline.

According to Deyaar, the tower takes suburban living to the next level, offering first-class health, fitness and resort-style facilities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, state-of-the-art gym, yoga studio, steam and sauna rooms, squash courts and cricket pitch, outdoor cinema and plenty of lushly landscaped green spaces.

Work on the project has already started and is on track for completion in 2025.

Announcing the award, Ayman A. Al Hammadi, Deyaar’s Senior Vice President, Projects and Commercial Engineer, said: “Selecting a main contractor for a project of this size was no easy task as we were always looking for a reputation for delivering projects on time and to the highest quality. parties with proven track records in terms of health and safety standards.”
