Deyaar launches last residential complex in Downtown Dubai

Leading Dubai-based developer Deyaar has announced the launch of Jannat, the final residential estate of its flagship community project Midtown, due for completion in the second quarter of 2026.

The integrated midtown community consists of 6 districts with 24 buildings and a large retail avenue.

Unveiling the project, Deyaar said the Jannat district has a built-up area of ​​521,400 sq ft and consists of two towers seamlessly connected by bridges.

It is strategically located in the heart of Dubai’s productive Midtown District, with easy access to Dubai’s major highways, airports, transport networks and key destinations.
