Explain the background of you and the company in detail.
I am the managing partner of the first Crypto Trading company in Dubai. Our clients can buy and sell their crypto assets through us. Our target audience is the people who want to invest in Crypto assets legally and have all the paperwork.
What are your goals?
Our goal is to become one of the leading OTC desks in the world.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?
The biggest strength is that we are acting only within the legal scope. We never accommodate clients who want to use different schemes to transact with us. Or the clients that don’t have a source of funds.
What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?
We started back in May 2021. It took us about 6 months to put everything in place so our clients could get the best of service.
Why did you start (or want to be the head of) this company?
It’s because we truly believe that crypto is our future.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was super complicated to be the first one in the market and finalize all the procedures in the most legal way.

What makes you excited about Mondays?
For me, every day is exciting since it is the beginning of something new.
What do you value most about your culture and vision?
I went through a lot of difficulties in the UAE, and the most important thing for me is my reputation.
Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.
We are in the process of developing our new project, FOSTER, where we help people to plant a tree by just buying 1 token and the generate profit from this tree.
What are the strategies of your company, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?
Our strategy is to deliver high-end service to our clients through a legal framework and professional staff. We also work actively with the agents worldwide to bring more clients, and we offer them a 50% lifetime for each client that they bring to the company.
What are the key values that helped you overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?
To be honest with you, I made one discovery for myself. When you focus on problems, you will never be able to cope with them. However, once you focus on solutions or potential, your life changes dramatically.
How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
At this stage, we have a lot of procedures being outsourced. However, we hope in 2 years to have everything in-house with turnover more than 3-5bln a year.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?
We always look at leadership through the lens of leading teams, leading others, leading businesses, and leading change. However, the most daunting task for the most junior and the most senior is leading ourselves. It’s a duty we have, first, toward ourselves, our business, and our people to support them in their leadership journey and development.
What are the services/solutions or products offered by your company on par with the current industry standards? Tell us something about your upcoming products or services?
We have 4 main projects now:
- TRES OTC DMCC – it is OTC (trading) desk in crypto assets
- SIMBA STORAGE DMCC – this is proper cold storage of crypto assets
- FOSTER – tokenization, and planting of the trees worldwide that will produce CO2 credits to be sold to the end-user
- TRES BOT – a bot that helps newbies know the basics of crypto.
